Obituary

Donna Lewis, 75, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 5, 2022. She was born on Oct. 22, 1946 in Nebraska to the late William and Dolores (Anderson) Hollingsworth. Donna retired from Midwest Radiology. She especially loved spending time with her family. Donna is survived by her daughters, Christy Evans and Annette Nottingham; grandchildren, Allison Schwab, Robby Nottingham, and Sydney Nottingham; great grandson, Nolan Dagley; brother, John (Sherry) Hollingsworth; niece and nephews, Kyle, Emily and Josh Hollingsworth. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reggie Lewis; daughter, Dawn McKlin; and grandson, Alex Dagley. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at G. H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at The Gardens of Olive Branch, 1605 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood, IN.
