David A. Mills, 67, Indianapolis passed away July 14, 2013.  His survivors are wife Phyllis Jung Mills; sons Anthony D. Mills and Bret (Meredith) Mills, both of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sisters Donna Gabehart and Elaine (Art) Dinnage both of Indianapolis and brother Michael (Leigh Ann) Mills of Shelbyville. He was preceded in death by his parents Leroy and Helen Blakely Mills. His memberships included Southport United Methodist Church, Prospect Lodge No. 714 F. & A.M., Indianapolis Valley of Scottish Rite, Prospect Chapter No. 452 Order of Eastern Star, Murat Shrine and was a volunteer at Make-A-Wish.  Services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center with visitation 4 – 8 p.m., Wednesday at the mortuary. Eastern Star and Masonic memorial services will be 7:30 p.m., Wednesday at the mortuary.  Burial in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.  Memorial gifts have been suggested to Make-A-Wish – Indiana Office, 7330 Woodland Drive, Suite 201, Indianapolis, IN 46278.
