Sandra K. Outcalt Hacker 59, of Franklin, died on July 9, 2006. She was born in Indianapolis on September 28, 1946 to Arthur A. and Helen C. (Sedam) Outcalt, both of whom survive. Sandra was a corporate manager. Other survivors include her daughters Noell Jones of Kirklin, IN and Jennifer Whittington of Montana; son Johnathon Michael Hacker; sister Linda Lowe; brothers Jerry and Larry Outcalt, and 8 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 19, at Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center - Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., with calling from 5:00 p.m. prior to service.
