I can't believe it has been 1 year since our last girl's Florida vacation together with Joyce Alte and Joanna Weiler. We had so many laughs and watched some beautiful sunsets on Anna Maria Island. It seemed as though we laughed even more last year than we did in previous years. Little did we realize how important all those talks and laughs would be to us as they were our last with you.
Dianne and I were schoolmates from kindergarten days at PS #34 through graduation from Manual. We kept in touch through the years and then began regular outings for lunches or dinners with Joyce Shimp Alte and Joanna Eggert Weiler, and occasionally with Barbara Hancock Yount and Mary Stainbrook Kirkpatrick. We also enjoyed Florida get-togethers for the past several years. Dianne was my parasailing partner for my first (and only) parasailing ride! Neither of us could swim but we did it anyway!!
