Dwight A. Phillips, 61, of Seymour died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2007, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.

Military graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison.

Memorial contributions may be made to Coffee Creek Christian Church.

Arrangements were made by Voss Funeral Service in Seymour.

Mr. Phillips is survived by his mother, Frances Loyd Phillips; a brother, Douglas Phillips; children, Michelle (Manuel) Bearley, Dwight L. (Jennifer) Phillips and Shane Phillips; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leslie Phillips.
